The invention relates to a combination method of a heterogeneous combined billet product. The method is characterized by lengthways forming a through groove in the surface of a steel plate, manufacturing a slotted hole which fit the combination material by size in an edgings adding manner, and then embedding and combining. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that 1,the through groove is lengthways formed in the surface, so that the working efficiency can be effectively improved; the operation can be carried out without replacing a cutter head; arc-shaped surfaces at the side corner are avoided; and the combination material fitting rate is high; 2, the edgings are adjustable in size, and the welding process is simple; and 3, the operation is simple, and massive production can be carried out. 本发明涉及种异质复合坯产品的复合方法，其特征在于，首先采用在钢板表面纵向开通槽然后加边条的方式制造出匹配复合材尺寸的槽孔，然后再进行嵌入和复合，与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：1、表面纵向开通槽能有效增加工作效率，可以不用更换刀头来完成，无边角弧面，复材贴合率高；2、边条大小可调，焊接工艺简单；3、操作简单适合大批量生产。
