The method comprises the steps of: (A) mixing materials: mixing at least one peptide, at least one protein and enzyme, a compost agent, an additive and other materials to form a mixture, (B) forming a peptide polyolefin polymer particle: performing plastification fusionon the mixture in step A and at least one polyolefin polymer to form the peptide polyolefin polymer particle, (C), adding a vegetable agricultural waste and a plastic additive: adding the peptide polyolefin polymer particle in step B into the plastic additive and renewable vegetable agricultural waste powder prepared by drying and grinding at least one vegetable agricultural waste raw material, and (D) performing extrusion and granulation to form a product: performing mixing, the extrusion and the granulation on a mixed material of the peptide polyolefin polymer particle added with the renewable vegetable agricultura
