Summary:The invention provides an epoxy resin microcapsule as well as preparation and applications. A microcapsule shell is made of urea-formaldehyde resin with the strength being higher than that of concrete, a microcapsule core is made from epoxy resin remediator for remediating microcracks of concrete, wherein the epoxy resin remediator comprises epoxy resin, an emulsifier, an epoxy resin diluent. Themicrocapsule is prepared by comprising the following steps: leading a urea-formaldehyde resin prepolymer and epoxy resin emulsion to have polymerization reaction by using an in-situ polymerization method, to finally generate the microcapsule. The preparation technology of the microcapsule is simple in steps, a microcapsule material is good in the environmental adaptability, and can be used for self-restoring a concrete member. 本发明提供的是种环氧树脂微胶囊、制备及应用。所述胶囊外壳为强度高于混凝土的脲醛树脂,囊芯为用于修复混凝土微裂缝的环氧树脂修复剂,包括环氧树脂、乳化剂、环氧树脂稀释剂。使用原位聚合法将脲醛树脂预聚体与环氧树脂乳液产生聚合反应,最终生成微胶囊。本发明提供的微胶囊制备技术步骤简单,囊壁材料对环境的适应性好,可以用于混凝土构件自修复。
