The invention relates to a transfer container conveying device which comprises a movable frame, wherein a transfer container bracket is arranged on the movable frame; the transfer container bracket comprises a horizontal bottom plate for supporting the transfer container bracket; the transfer container bracket is connected with a lifting adjusting mechanism; and the lifting adjusting mechanism isused for driving the horizontal bottom plate of the transfer container bracket to ascend or descend so as to abut against or be away from the ground.
