The invention discloses a structural mold for rapid thermal-forming and cold-setting equipment. The structural mold looks like common mold structures and is also composed of an upper mold and a lowermold which are closed in operation for molding. However, the interiors of the upper mold and the lower mold of the structural mold are hollow and become hollow working chambers used for conduction ofheat and cold sources for fluids; the interior upper, lower, left, right, front and rear surfaces of the chambers are processed into fins for reinforcing heat conduction and cooling of fluids and withincreased contact areas or into structures for reinforcing contact and conduction; and the structures are formed in the interiors of the upper mold and the lower mold. The structural mold provided bythe invention can be made into an assembled mold or a fixed mold in the aspect of structure and design; and the assembled mold is composed of four constituent structural bodies, i.e., the inner and outer molds of an upper mold
