The invention relates to an intelligent pillow. The intelligent pillow comprises a pillow core, a processing unit, multiple pressure sensors and multiple air bags, wherein the multiple pressure sensors and the multiple air bags are arranged in the pillow core, each air bag comprises a bidirectional air valve, the pressure sensors are used for detecting the strength of the pressure exerted to the intelligent pillow and detected pressure values to the processing unit, the processing unit receives the pressure values transmitted by the pressure sensors and controls the bidirectional air valves ofthe air bags to control the air inlet or outlet volumes of the air bags according to the received pressure values.
