A power module 10 of a power conversion device 100 is provided with: a switching circuit having a switching element; a capacitor pair 12 connected in parallel with the switching circuit and having first and second capacitors 12a, 12b connected in series; and a terminal connected between the first and second capacitors 12a, 12b.
