The invention provides an alcohol-based inorganic complex coating and a preparation method thereof. The alcohol-based inorganic complex coating is prepared from inorganic sol and inorganic filler, wherein the inorganic sol is prepared from silica sol, titanium dioxide sol and hydrolysis products of alkoxy silane and titanate; the inorganic filler is prepared from one or more of aluminum powder, silver powder, aluminum oxide powder, zinc oxide powder, titanium dioxide, graphite powder and quartz powder.
