Summary:Tin, tin tetrachloride, solvent (dimethyl tin dichloride or methyl tin trichloride or mixture of said two compounds) and catalyst DMSO or thio-ether with C1-4 are put into a pressure reactor. This reactor is connected with another pressure container to which chloromethane is continuously supplied. The reaction may be completed once under proper temperature and constant or changeable pressure by controlling the temperature in said container. The PVC heat stablizer produced by said process possesses good heat processing property and is safe in usage.
