Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing W/WC composite powder through gas phase carbonization method in-situ reaction. The method comprises the specific steps that wolfram powder and phenolic resin are weighed and flatly laid in square boats; and the square boats are placed in an atmosphere oven, temperature increasing, heating and heat preservation are carried out under Ar atmosphere protection, the temperature is decreased to indoor temperature, and therefore the W/WC composite powder is obtained. In the W/WC composite powder prepared through the method, by means of WC nanometer particles dispersively distributed on the surfaces of W particles, on one hand, the high temperature property of wolfram-based alloy can be improved, and on the other hand, a pinning effect is achieved onthe alloy strength.
