The invention relates to a method to collect tail dust of dry rotary kiln and reduce tail gas emission; the method comprises: (1), collecting dust-gas mixture, containing dust and tail gas, released from the tail of a rotary kiln via negative pressure; (2), providing positive pressure to separate dust in the dust-gas mixture and collect the same; and (3), processing the dust-gas mixture with the dust separated by means of a wet process. The negative pressure in a tail box of the rotary kiln allows leakage of tail gas and dust to be effectively prevented; micro negative pressure in a dust collection chamber allows most of the dust to freely fall into the dust collection chamber; therefore, both collecting tail dust and reducing tail gas and dust emission can be achieved. 本发明涉及种收集干法回转窑窑尾粉尘并减少窑尾尾气排放的方法，所述方法包括：(1)通过负压收集回转窑窑尾释放的包含粉尘和尾气的尘气混合物；(2)提供正压使所述尘气混合物中的粉尘分离并收集；和(3)通过湿法处理分离出了粉尘的尘气混合物。本发明方法窑尾箱内为负压可以有效抑制窑尾尾气及粉尘外漏，收尘室内为微负压使得大部分粉尘自由落体到收尘室内，可同时达到收集窑尾粉尘并减少窑尾尾气和粉尘排放的效果。
