The invention provides a wheel hub machining center tool. The wheel hub machining center tool comprises a fixture body, a driving mechanism, a supporting mechanism, an angle positioning mechanism anda pressing mechanism. The driving mechanism is provided with a screw convexly stretching to the upper surface of the fixture body. The supporting mechanism is connected to the upper surface of the fixture body, arranged around the screw and used for supporting a flange of a wheel hub. The supporting mechanism comprises a supporting bottom plate and a plurality of supporting column assembly.
