Summary:The invention aims at providing a method for improving epoxy coating combining strength. Firstly, the base surface is subject to surface derusting treatment; secondly, a base is subject to ordinary pressure air plasma treatment; and finally, a coating is prepared according to the conventional epoxy resin preparing process. The bonding strength of the prepared coating can be increased by about 1-1.5 times under the condition that raw materials and the process conditions are not changed, and falling or scratching of the coating is effectively prevented; at an occasion with epoxy resin as a bonding agent, as the bonding strength of the epoxy resin and the base surface is high, the bonding force of the epoxy resin bonding agent can be greatly improved.
