The preparation method includes the steps: 1) uniform mixture preparation: dissolving sodium bicarbonate, thiourea and glucose in deionized water to prepare solution, completely dissolving the components, transferring the solution to a drying oven for reaction, andremoving water in the solution by drying; 2) carbon material preparation: sufficiently grinding dried samples, placing the samples into a porcelain boat and then placing the samples into a tubular furnace for heating to perform high-temperature reaction; reducing the temperature of the carbon material after high-temperature reaction to room temperature, grinding the carbon material, stirring the carbon material with water, filtering the carbon material, washing the carbon material with absolute ethyl alcohol and finally drying the carbon material in the driving oven.
