Summary: | The invention discloses a smart diagnostic method for active responsiveness of a VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger) executor. According to the invention, through diagnosis on an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve, working condition of an engine, an external environment and states of related executors are performed at first, other interference in a closed-loop space of the diagnosis function is eliminated and influence on judgment of the diagnosis is removed. An ECU sends excitation signals to the VGT executor. The VGT executor sends a feedback of related control values normally after receiving the signals. The ECU calculates the amplitude of received signals according to Fourier transform after receiving the related feedback signals. Comparison between the value obtained through calculation and an inherent threshold value is performed for fault confirmation and output.
