Summary:The present invention provides a feed composition, a preparation method and an application thereof, and a method for producing selenium-enriched eggs. The feed composition comprises yeast selenium anda basic feed diet, wherein a selenium content of the feed composition is 1.0 mg/kg-1.5 mg/kg. A selenium content of the yeast selenium is 1,500-2,500 mg/kg and preferably 2,000 mg/kg. When an egg production rate of poultries (egg laying chickens) is larger than 90%, the feed composition is used for the poultries (egg laying chickens). The poultries (egg laying chickens) produce the selenium-enriched eggs after 5 days.
