The invention provides a preparation method of black frame glass. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fitting one side surface of UV peptized type double sided adhesive tape on a carrier plate, fitting one side surface of glass on the other side surface of the UV peptized type double sided adhesive tape; forming a black frame at the edge of the other side surface of the glass; carrying out UV irradiation on the glass with the black frame edge, eliminating viscosity of the UV peptized type double sided adhesive, and taking down the glass from the carrier plate. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, glue is avoided from being used, a gluing machine is eliminated, production cost is reduced, and a process of soaking with hot water and peptizing is also eliminated, so that scratch of smudge on glass is effectively avoided, and the yield of the prepared black frame glass is increased; and the UV peptized type double sided adhesive requires low UV energy during peptization
