The invention relates to an intelligent stone cutting method based on machine vision. The intelligent stone cutting method comprises the steps of: (1) industrial camera calibration; (2) order analysis; (3) image acquisition; (4) stone contour extraction; (5) layout arrangement and cutting; (6) processing information real-time counting. The intelligent stone cutting method can effectively replace the traditional stone cutting method which requires a series of working procedures such as manual order checking, manual stone measurement, manual layout arrangement and cutting scheme planning, manualtool setting and cutting as well as manual processing information counting, and truly realizes the intelligent, efficient, stable and reliable stone automatic cutting. 本发明涉及基于机器视觉的智能石材切割方法，包括如下步骤：(1)、工业相机标定；(2)、订单解析；(3)、获取图像；(4)、石材轮廓提取；(5)、排版切割；(6)、加工信息实时统计。该方法能有效取代传统石材切割需人工核对订单、需人工测量石板、需人工制定排版切割方案、需人工对刀切割、需人工统计加工信息等系列工序，真正实现了智能、高效、稳定可靠的石材自动化切割。
