The method comprises the following steps of: 1) obtaining original data of public bikeIC cards and metro IC cards, and extracting valid data information from the original data; 2) selecting public bike stations adjacent to metro stations so as to form metro-public bike station pairs; 3) preprocessing data of the public bike IC cards and the metro IC cards according to the metro-public bike station pairs; 4) carrying out paired association on card numbers under different interchangemanners according to interchange time intervals, constructing a card number pair database and getting rid of wrong data in the database; and 5) carrying out ascending sorting on the residual card number pairs and selecting the card number pairs which accord with appointed characteristics so as to complete the matching.
