An Al-Mg alloy precision plate product produced by using the production technology is low in internal stress, low in machining deformation and small in size tolerance, and is basically equivalent to foreign advanced products and even superior to similarforeign high-end products. 本发明公开了种Al-Mg合金精密板的生产工艺,主要涉及材料加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤1、配料,熔炼,精炼、除气和过滤,铸造,铸造后获得锭坯;步骤2、对所述锭坯进行中低温长时均匀化热处理;步骤3、对经过热处理的所述锭坯进行机械加工。采用本发明的工艺生产的Al-Mg合金精密板产品的内应力小,加工变形小,尺寸公差小,与国外先进产品基本相当,甚至优于同类的国外高端产品。
