The dimness eliminating composition is prepared from zinc gluconate, casein phosphopeptides, nitrogen-containing ligand and phytase, wherein amass ratio of the zinc gluconate to the casein phosphopeptides is 1 to (0.5 to 2), a molar ratio of the zinc gluconate to the nitrogen-containing ligand is 1 to (0.2 to 0.5), and an additive amount ofthe phytase to the zinc gluconate is 200 to 500U/g. The invention further discloses a preparation and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation, starch is utilized as an auxiliary agent. According to the dimness eliminating composition disclosed by the invention, the zinc gluconate is utilized as a main effective component, and absorption of a human body to zinc is synergistically improved by a promoting effect of the casein phosphopeptides, a protecting effect of the nitrogen-containing ligand and an inhibiting effect of the phytase.
