An electric car controller with a rate-limiting function during turning comprises an MCU module, a driving circuit, a braking device, a steering wheel angle sensor, a maximum turning speed calculationmodule, a speed detector, a comparator and a plurality of A/D conversion modules, wherein the driving circuit comprises a battery, an actuator and a motor, the actuator is connected with the MCU module, the braking device is connected with the motor, the steering wheel angle sensor is connected with the maximum turning speed calculation module through one A/D conversion module, the maximum turning speed calculation module is connected with the comparator, the speed detector is connected with the comparator through another A/D conversion module, and the comparator is connected with the MCU module.
