The controller comprises an MCU module, a driving circuit, a speed sensor, a speed setting module, a comparatorand a plurality of A/D conversion modules, the driving circuit comprises a battery, a driver and a motor, and the motor is connected with the battery through the driver; the driver is connected withthe MCU module, the output end of the speed sensor is connected with the comparator through the corresponding A/D conversion module, and the receiving end of the speed sensor is connected with the motor; the output end of the speed setting module is connected with the comparator through the corresponding A/D conversion module, and the comparator is connected with the MCU module and transmits compared data to the MCU module.
