Summary: | The invention discloses a long period grating and a manufacturing method thereof. The long period grating is based on a highly doped high value aperture and is manufactured through employing the controllable thermal diffusion technology. The long period grating is advantaged in that the long period grating has advantages of the unchanged outer cladding diameter and large mechanism strength compared with a taper type long period grating, has high temperature resistance performance compared with an UV etching long period grating, has relatively low spectral loss and can be applied to high sensitivity high temperature sensors.
本发明公开了种长周期光栅及其制作方法,其中,所述长周期光栅基于高掺杂高数值孔径并采用可控热扩散技术制作而成。此种长周期光栅相对于拉锥型长周期光栅具有包层外直径不变化,机械强度大的优势;相对于紫外刻写长周期光栅具有能承受高温的特性。同时该光栅具有较低平谱损耗,并具有应用于高灵敏度高温传感器中。 |
