Summary: | Belonging to the technical field of natural products, the invention discloses a method for preparation of artemisia seed selenium polysaccharide with ionic liquid as a solvent and a catalyst. The method provided by the invention prepares an acidic room temperature ionic liquid capable of dissolving polysaccharide, at the same time, with the ionic liquid acting as a solvent and a catalyst, the method synthesizes the selenized artemisia seed polysaccharide with high selenium content efficiently under a mild condition, the selenium content reaches 7688.9-10372.4microg/g, and the reaction processdoes not cause degradation of polysaccharide. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of environment-friendly reagents and simple reaction process, effectively shortens the time neededby reaction, and has no need for a toxic selenium-containing intermediate.
