The red fluorescent protein is transformed into a thallus by means of genetic engineering, the colonization condition of the pseudomonas putida in an agaricus bisporus soil covering layer can be detected, 10 -10 cfu/g covering soil isapplied to the soil covering layer, agaricus bisporus kinking can be effectively promoted, the yield and the quality of agaricus are improved, and the pseudomonas putida has the development prospectof agaricus bio-fertilizers.
