The stabilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 to 5.0 parts of xanthan gum, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5 to 10 parts of potassium polyphosphate, 1 to 10 parts of citric acid, 0.8 to 20 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.5 to 10 parts of sodium polyphosphate, 0.5 to 10 parts of sodium pyrophosphate and 10 to 20 parts of Tween 80.
