The invention discloses a transmission device for measuring transverse parameters of beams. The transmission device comprises a fluorescent screen, a fluorescent target fixing frame, a guide sleeve, avacuum observation window, a camera, a CCD (charge coupled device) support plate, an external transmission rod, a CCD transmission rod, a flange, a shaft stop ring, a stop sleeve, a pin and a fastening screw. The vacuum observation window is welded to the external transmission rod through the guide sleeve. The CCD support plate and the CCD transmission rod are welded to fix the camera. The flangeis fixedly connected with an iron yoke connector of a main machine. The stop sleeve and the flange are welded to support the CCD support plate. A groove for mounting the shaft stop ring is formed inone end of the CCD transmission rod. A motor drives a transmission mechanism to push the fluorescent screen and the camera to move axially.
