Summary: | The invention discloses a soft vacuum package device capable of avoiding oxidization and moisture absorption. The package device comprises a rectangular die box which is made of a soft film material.The die box comprises an upper die body and a lower die body, the lower end of the upper die body and the upper end of the lower die body are provided with a plurality of die grooves, combined die grooves are formed in the way that the positions of the die grooves formed in the lower end of the upper die body correspond to the positions of the die grooves formed in the upper end of the lower die body, and the shapes of the combined die grooves are identical to those of packaged objects. A heat sealing layer is arranged on the middle portion between every two adjacent combined die grooves. Therectangular die box is formed after the upper die body and the lower die body are combined.
