Summary: | The invention discloses a SBA-15-loaded Anderson-type heteropoly acid catalyst used for oxidation of aldehyde to carboxylic acid, a preparation method and an application thereof. According to the invention, iron molybdate and ferric sulfate are used for preparing Fe-Anderson polyacid; an immersion method is employed, addition of SBA-15 is changed, the Anderson-type heteropoly acid catalyst havingdifferent load capacities is prepared, and the Anderson-type heteropoly acid catalyst is used for oxidation of aldehyde to carboxylic acid. The preparation technology and the required equipment are simple, the reaction temperature is obviously reduced, and large-scale production is easily realized. The obtained SBA-15-loaded Anderson-type heteropoly acid catalyst can greatly shorten the catalyticoxidation time, the catalyst amount is little, recycling is easy, and the yield is increased.
