Summary: | The invention discloses an inverter circuit system. The system comprises a power supply battery, a first processing chip, a second processing chip, a DC-AC module, a transformer, an AC-DC module, an inversion module, an isolation communication module, an isolation driving module and an auxiliary power supply, the inversion module is a full-bridge type inverter topology structure including 4 firstMOS transistors, and the second processing chip is separately connected with gates of the 4 first MOS transistors through the isolation driving module. According to the system, the second processing chip controls and drives the first MOS transistors in the inversion module through the isolation driving module, and when the high-frequency switch-on of the first MOS transistors is switched off, theinfluence generated by parasitic parameters of the first MOS transistors does not influence the second processing chip due to the effect of the isolation driving module so that stable performance parameters of the inverter are |
