The invention provides an elevator device capable of checking the life of a battery of a domestic-wiring communication device through a simple structure without carrying equipment such as a battery checker. The elevator device has a domestic-wiring communication device battery connected to a domestic-wiring communication device battery charging circuit; a domestic-wiring communication device in alift car and connected with the domestic-wiring communication device battery; and an emergency light connected with an emergency light power supply.
