Summary: | The invention discloses a PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) resin composite material for high-temperature resistant end surface sealing strip. The PPS resin composite material is prepared from the followingcomponents in percentage by mass: 15 to 25 percent of carbon fibers, 5 to 15 percent of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), 10 to 20 percent of POB (polybenzoate), 2 to 5 percent of nano hexagonalboron nitride, 1 to 2 percent of surfactant, 0.5 to 1 percent of antioxidant, and the balance of PPS. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the PPS resin composite material for the high-temperature resistant end surface sealing strip. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, carbon fibers are added into the PPS; due to the addition of the carbon fibers, anti-impact property, tensile property, flexural property and compression property are improved, and creeping is reduced, and acidified carbon fibers can be dispersed in the composite material more uniformly; dueto the addition of the PTF |
