Summary: | The invention discloses a catalyst for preparing benzene by cyclotrimerization of acetylene as well as a preparation method and application of the catalyst. The catalyst is prepared from chromium element, vanadium element and a ZSM-5 carrier, wherein based on the mass of the ZSM-5 carrier, the loading amount of the vanadium element is 0.1-2wt%, and the loading amount of the chromium element is 0.01-1wt%. The components of the catalyst are simple and easy to obtain; furthermore, the catalyst can remarkably improve the conversion rate of the acetylene and the selectively of the benzene, thus having very good application prospect.
本发明公开了种乙炔环三聚制苯用催化剂及其制备方法和应用,该催化剂包括:铬元素、钒元素和ZSM-5载体,其中,基于所述ZSM-5载体的质量,所述钒元素的负载量为0.1~2wt%,所述铬元素的负载量为0.01~1wt%。该催化剂成分简单易获得,且可显著提高乙炔的转化率和苯的选择性,具有很好的应用前景。 |
