Summary: | The invention provides a Pd/foamy copper electrode. The Pd/foamy copper electrode is prepared through the following steps that PdC12 and NaCl are dissolved in deionized water to be prepared into a chemical deposit solution; and a pretreated foamy copper base material is immersed in the prepared chemical deposit solution, shaking is conducted in a constant temperature shaking table under the room temperature till the solution is colorless, the foamy copper is taken out and is washed through deionized water, and the Pd/foamy copper electrode is obtained accordingly. The Pd/foamy copper electrodehas the characteristics of being simple in preparation technology, low in price, high in catalytic efficiency, long in service life and the like; and effective removing of halogenated organics in water can be achieved by utilizing the Pd/foamy copper electrode through an electrochemical hydrogenation reduction method, operation is easy, management is convenient, and the wide social and economicalbenefits are achieved.
