Summary:The invention discloses a method for reducing non-specific antibodies in an anti-porcine-circovirus polyclonal antibody. The method specifically comprises the following steps of enabling the non-specific antibodies in the anti-porcine-circovirus polyclonal antibody to combine with antigens in PK-15 cell debris and ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay) plates through cultivating the PK-15 celldebris and the ELISA plates enveloped by different animal serum with the anti-porcine-circovirus polyclonal antibody at normal temperature, and then removing part of the non-specific antibodies in the anti-porcine-circovirus polyclonal antibody. The method provided by the invention can be used for effectively decreasing the content of the non-specific antibodies in the anti-porcine-circovirus polyclonal antibody. 本发明公开了种减少抗猪圆环病毒多克隆抗体中非特异性抗体的方法,具体为:通过应用PK-15细胞碎片及由不同动物血清包被的ELISA板与抗猪圆环病毒多克隆抗体在常温下培育,使抗猪圆环病毒多克隆抗体中的非特异性抗体与PK-15细胞碎片及ELISA板中的抗原相结合,进而除去抗猪圆环病毒多克隆抗体中的部分非特异性抗体。本发明的方法可以有效降低抗猪圆环病毒多克隆抗体中的非特异性抗体含量。
