The invention discloses an adjustable rotary flat sieve which comprises a sieve body, a base, an eccentric wheel and a connecting rod, wherein the right end of the base is connected with a stand column; a first connecting block is fixed on the outer side of the stand column; a second connecting block is arranged at the bottom of a discharging end of the sieve body; a first connecting plate is connected between the first connecting block and the second connecting block; two ends of the first connecting plate are connected in holes of the first connecting block and the second connecting block through hinge pins; a third connecting block is fixed at the bottom of a feeding end of the sieve body; the right side of the stand column is positioned on the base and is fixed with a fourth connectingblock; a second connecting plate is connected between the third connecting block and the fourth connecting block; two ends of the second connecting plate are connected in holes of the third connecting block and the fourth co
