A heating device and a biochemical reactor having the heating device are disclosed. The heating device comprises an upper board, a lower board, a middle board and an electric heating member. Heating holes and accommodating holes are respectively provided in the upper board, lower board and middle board. The upper, lower and middle holes are communicated with each other to form a heating through hole. The upper, lower and middle accommodating holes are communicated with each other to form an accommodating through hole.
