Summary: | The invention discloses a method for producing a hot melt adhesive. The method comprises three steps, namely emulsification, sweating and blending. By adopting the method, appropriate microcrystalline wax is adopted as a raw material, on the basis of a common sweating process, preferably raw material wax and two or more solutions of substances which can generate gases are respectively emulsified and sweated, a high-temperature constant-temperature process is added at appropriate temperature in the cooling process, and a liquid component is carried out through a wax layer by virtue of air flow in the sweating process, so that the separation effect of a solid component from the liquid component is improved, the separation speed is increased, and a viscosity adjusting agent for a hot melt adhesive with a low oil content can be prepared by using a sweating method.
