Summary:The invention discloses a novel material for LED fluorescent lamps. The novel material for the LED fluorescent lamps is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-95 parts of PC (polycarbonate) resin, 5-12 parts of filler, 0.02-0.22 parts of a fluorescent whitening agent, 0.2-0.5 parts of an antioxidant, 0.3-0.8 parts of a flame retardant, 0.3-0.5 parts of a flexibilizer and 3-8 parts of a toughening agent. The filler, the fluorescent whitening agent and the flexibilizer are added to the PC resin, so that the composition and the ratio of the raw materials of the novel material for the LED fluorescent lamps are optimized, light shielding performance of the material is improved, and light transmittance of the LED fluorescent lamps is also improved. 本发明公开了种用于LED日光灯的新型材料。本发明用于LED日光灯的新型材料由以下原料制备而成,按照各原料的重量份数计如下:聚碳酸酯树脂90-95份;填料5-12份;荧光增白剂0.02-0.22份;抗氧剂0.2~0.5份;阻燃剂0.3~0.8份;柔性剂0.3~0.5份;增韧剂3-8份。本发明通过在PC树脂中加入填料、荧光增白剂和柔性剂,使得该LED日光灯的新型材料各原料的组成和配比得到优化,提高了材料的遮光性的同时,还提高了LED日光灯的透光率。
