PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural fluorescent film having fluorescent characteristics as well as moisture retaining property and weather resistance and exhibiting effective action on the growth of crops by incorporating a phosphor which absorbs UV and emits red light, a specified weather resisting agent and a specified thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: This agricultural fluorescent film contains a phosphor of formula I which absorbs UV of 200-400 nm and emits red light, a weather resisting agent which absorbs UV of <=280 nm but does not absorb UV of >=300 nm or absorbs UV of 250-400 nm but has a single-dispersed absorption band, preferably a polymer of the ester of succinic acid and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1- piperidine ethanol and a thermoplastic resin, preferably PE, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or PVC. In the formula I, Me is Eu, Sm or Tb; X and Y are Cl<-> , a nitrate ion, a monocarboxylate anion, etc.; (n) is 2 or 3; (m) is 0 or 1; (k) is 0-3; and L is a group of formula II (R is alkyl), III, etc.
