The invention discloses an internal-expansion-type retaining device for receding of a jacking pipe. The internal-expansion-type retaining device comprises connecting plates and a plurality of supporting hydraulic cylinders; the connecting plates are located in the jacking pipe, and the surfaces of the connecting plates are roughly perpendicular to the axis of the jacking pipe; one ends of the supporting hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the connecting plates, and the other ends of the supporting hydraulic cylinders are selectively supported on the inner wall of the jacking pipe; and the multiple supporting hydraulic cylinders are roughly symmetrical. The retaining device provides reverse retaining thrust through friction force of the retaining device and the inner wall of the pipeline, and thrust exerted by a main jacking hydraulic cylinder can be effectively controlled. 本发明公开了种内胀式顶管退管止退装置，包括位于顶管内且表面与顶管的轴线大致垂直的连接板和端铰接在连接板上、另端可选择性地支撑在顶管内壁上的多个支撑液压缸，多个支撑液压缸大致对称设置。该止退装置通过与管道内壁的摩擦力来提供反向的止退推力，能够有效地控制主顶液压缸施加的推力。
