Summary: | The invention discloses a wear-resisting anti-rotation crossing slip ring PEEK resin composite material. The material is characterized by containing 55-74 parts of PEEK, 18-32 parts of carbon fiber, 6-8 parts of imvite and 2-5 parts of silicon carbide ceramic powder. The invention also discloses a preparation method for a wear-resisting anti-rotation crossing slip ring. According to the invention, the carbon fiber is added into the PEEK, so that the mechanical strength of the resin can be increased; the warping risk of the PEEK is caused by the added carbon fiber; the imvite and the silicon carbide ceramic powder are added into the PEEK, so that the warping resistance of the PEEK can be obviously promoted; after the imvite is treated with quaternary ammonium salt, the polarity of the imvite can be promoted and the imvite can be more uniformly dispersed in the PEEK, and meanwhile, the mechanical strength and the abrasive resistance of the resin can be promoted; the wear-resisting anti-rotation crossing slip ri |
