The invention discloses a rapid feed preparation method. The rapid feed preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting 13-20 parts of unhulled rice hulls, 8-11 parts of corn cobs, 18-25 parts of sorghum hulls and 11-17 parts of straw as raw materials of a feed, then crushing the selected raw materials into granules of the same size, and performing uniform mixing. According to the rapid feed preparation method disclosed by the invention, the unhulled rice hulls, the corn cobs and the sorghum hulls are made into the feed, resource waste is reduced, besides, the content of cellulose in the raw materials is high, and the nutrition absorption of animals can be effectively promoted; and the price of the raw materials is low, so that the preparation cost of the feed is low. 本发明公开了种快捷的饲料制备方法，包括以下步骤：1）选用稻谷壳13-20份、玉米芯8-11份、高粱壳18-25份及秸秆11-17份作为饲料的原料；然后粉碎成大小相同的颗粒并且均匀混合。本发明实现了将稻谷壳、玉米芯、高粱壳制成饲料，减小了资源的浪费，同时原料当中纤维素的含量高，能够有效的促进动物的吸收营养；并且原料价格便宜，因此制造饲料的成本小。
