The invention provides lecithin-containing nutritional rice flour which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of rice, 8-10 parts of millet, 6-8 parts of walnut powder, 4-6 parts of whole milk powder, 6-8 parts of Chinese yam powder, 2-4 parts of hawthorn powder, 0.6-1 part of high fructose syrup, 1-2 parts of lecithin, 1-2 parts of lactase, 0.3-0.5 part of vitamin complex, 0.3-0.5 part of mineral substances and 0.6-1 part of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
