The invention discloses a plate spring stress cycle monitoring system and a method thereof. The plate spring stress cycle monitoring system comprises a stress cycle monitoring device and a human-computer interaction device which perform data interaction. The stress cycle monitoring device is installed on a plate spring and comprises a vibration acquisition part, an information processing part, an information storage part and an alarm part. The vibration acquisition part is used for acquiring the vibration signal generated by the plate spring because of the effect of external force in real time and transmitting the vibration signal to the information processing part. The signal processing part is used for processing the vibration signal to acquire the cumulative number of stress cycles and store the cumulative number of the stress cycles to the information storage part. When the cumulative number of the stress cycles is greater than or equal to the threshold of the stress cycles, the plate spring is judged to
