Summary: | The invention discloses a method for accurately identifying genotypes. The method is based on high-throughput sequencing and comprises the following steps: carrying out high-throughput sequencing on a gene fragment obtained by amplifying so as to obtain a nucleotide sequence set; treating the nucleotide sequence set for excluding interfering sequences so as to obtain an effective nucleotide sequence set; carrying out repetitive sequence analysis on the effective nucleotide sequence set; carrying out statistic analysis on the effective nucleotide sequence set, and outputting a result. The method can be used for effectively and accurately detecting the genotypes of all chromosomes in mutant cells or tissues, can use and automatically remove the nonspecific sequences which are brought in due to sequencing, and summarizes the percentage of each mutation sequence, thus having very practical business value.
