Abstract | The invention discloses a construction method for an MACF1 site-specific transgenic mice model. The construction method is adopted for solving the technical problem of poor practicability of the present construction method for the transgenic mice model. According to the technical scheme, a carrier for an exogenous MACF1 gene is firstly constructed and then is site-specifically transferred to a mice Rosa26 locus, so as to acquire the MACF1 site-specific transgenic mice model. The descendant mice of the mice model, which are not mated with Cre mice, will not excessively express MACF1, and MACF1 over-expressed mice with different tissue specificities can be acquired in the manner of mating with different Cre mice. The mice model has significant application values in researching MACF1 function and the pathogenesis of the MACF1 related diseases and screening the candidate substance, drug target, and the like, for improving or treating the diseases and has high practicability.
