The method has the advantages of easiness in operation, low sample loss and high extraction rate and is suitable for industrial production. 本发明公开了种从向日葵盘中提取分离泽兰内酯的方法。其特点是以价格低廉的向日葵为原料，通过乙醇提取乙酸乙酯萃取得到浸膏，浸膏分散于碱水之后酸化，再通过氯仿萃取，凝胶色谱分离和重结晶即得到泽兰内酯结晶。本方法操作简单，样品损耗小，提取率高，适合工业化生产。
