Summary: | The invention discloses a method for extracting and separating eupatolide from a sunflower plate. The method is characterized by taking cheap sunflower as a raw material and comprises the following steps: obtaining an extractum through ethanol extraction and ethyl acetate extraction; dispersing the extractum in alkaline water and acidifying; extracting through chloroform; performing gel chromatography separation and recrystallization to obtain eupatolide crystal. The method has the advantages of easiness in operation, low sample loss and high extraction rate and is suitable for industrial production.
本发明公开了种从向日葵盘中提取分离泽兰内酯的方法。其特点是以价格低廉的向日葵为原料,通过乙醇提取乙酸乙酯萃取得到浸膏,浸膏分散于碱水之后酸化,再通过氯仿萃取,凝胶色谱分离和重结晶即得到泽兰内酯结晶。本方法操作简单,样品损耗小,提取率高,适合工业化生产。 |
