The bending mould assembly is connected with the bent frame in a rolling mode. A groove hole clamping a workpiece and a discharging hole are formed in the bending mould assembly. The driver is installed on the bent frame. The driver makes the bending mould assembly to rotate so as to the workpiece to bend and be formed. The side surface of the bent frame is installed on the supporting base. A follow-up part comprises a supporting mould, a follow-up plate driver and a follow-up plate.
